About GIS Technology Services
The Technology Services division supports the growth of the Product Houses through the provision and management of infrastructure and operating systems required to run the business operations. This service is provided to all local and international participating companies and includes the management of Cloud Services where required.
Key Purpose

• The main function of the ECM & PPM team is to implement, administer and maintain all SharePoint & Projects servers and services for DSY Corp, Bank, Vitality Group (RSA, UK, and US).
• The functions include training, user support, solution design and development.

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

• Optimization: Optimization
• End User Product Support for Microsoft Project
• End User Support for SharePoint
• End User Support for O365
• End User Application Training
• Attend to 2nd line incident and problem escalations
• Solution deployment testing and post-gollive support
• Development of System Workflows using Nintex Workflow Engine.
• Application Configuration for Project Server & Project Online
• Application Configuration for SharePoint Server & SharePoint Online
